RC PURCHASING PROBLEMS?

Im trying to buy some 25c-nbome and the only two sites that i know carry it have ridiculous payment methods. I think one is bank transfer, visa, and liberty reserve. I went and bought a visa prepaid card and it kept denying the transaction. So then i bought a visa greendot card and that kept getting denied. So i think i might try out the liberty reserve payment method. Does anyone have expierence using liberty reserve? I dont know how i would even put money into a liberty reserve account when it says credit card funding not available. Or has anyone used a special international prepaid visa? Its buggin the hell out of me that i cant make my purchase.

I tried Liberty Reserve once but it was annoying to deal with, so I didn't do it. I've only paid with card and will be paying with Western Union soon.

try western union, it's pretty easy.
Money orders are easy.
Maybe find some new sites, there are tons out there that vend 25x

Im know there are other sites that sell 25c-nbome but i only know two of them, and they do not accept western union. I wish they did because i wouldve had my order by now. The two sites im lookin at say they accept visa but they denied all transactions i made from two different visas, and liberty reserve is just a pain in the ass, and the last option they offer is bank wire and i refuse to do that.I know we cant share site names but if someone could drop a hint to put me in the right direction i would appreciate it alot.

wait nevermind guys. I just looked at the second site i have and they accept moneygram, bankwire,and liberty reserve.I should be able to pay threw moneygram with no problem. Does this site sound familiar to anyone? and is it legit?

yeah. I use greendot cards alot so i tried a visa greendot first and it didnt work. Then i tried a visa prepaid giftcard and that didnt work. I just went on the website that has the rc's and now their site is down.:facepalm:wtf.

I have found that more places deny gift cards or prepaid cards right off the bat -- some companies have told me that it's a billing issue. Contact the vendor and I'm sure they can finalize the order over the phone.

I primary use visa greendot to buy rcs online, the reloadable one.  You must not be doing something right OP.  Did you activate the card? prehaps if you are ordering from outside the country, you selected the wrong currency on checkout? ex. i ordered from europe and kept trying to submit payment in euros..  there was an option to change currency to USD then it worked.

I have never actually used Liberty Reserve, but have used pecunix before and they both are the same process.  you have to place an order via a gold exchanger and they will send you info to send a western union.  Once received, they will credit your account with the gold or in this case the liberty reserve..  But seriously OP,  ive used visa greendot with at least 3 different vendors with no problem.  Im not sure whats going on with you.  The temporary card says 'valid only in united states' but this is not true.  Ive bought from europe and canada before

Moneygram will act similar to WU. Do not use it unless you completely trust the person on the other end is legit. There are not only scammers, but some SELECTIVE scammers out there.

Why don't you just email the vendors in question about your visa issue? IMO any reputable vendor should be able to work with you on this... or at the very least will explain it.

Im in the U.S. if it helps. You must be using a different vendor then me. Both vendors im trying to use dont give an option to select the type of currency. Their currency is in europe, but when i emailed them they said they were located in china. I tried the greendot visa, and the visa prepaid gift card.

I dont see why its against the rules to post vendors when the chems are LEGAL anyways. I wish i could say which ones im using so i could rule them out but oh well. I found one that accepts moneygram but id much rather use a prepaid card if i can becuase its easier and cheaper. This shit is retarded. Why do they make it so difficult to pay if its legal? ***MOD EDIT, NO SOURCES***

Also, im sure the cards were activated and that they were the right kind. I use these cards all the time for buying stuff online and have never had a problem. I guess the only option is to find a "international prepaid debit card"

most likely your problem is trying to pay in euros instead of usd. when i check out, I'm redirected to a company that handles the credit card transitions.  by default, it is in euros. its easy to overlook the option to change it to usd, but Idk what vendor you are using so i can't say for sure. i would double check to see if the option is there. its usually right there by your billing information and total.  if not,  try finding another vendor.  it's not hard.  you'd be amazed at what you can find with google using the right keywords.

I havent seen one with that option. But anyways i got a warning from the mods that what im asking is against the rules, even though im not asking for sources, just questions about payment methods. So either way i gotta end this discussion. These chems are legal anyways:shrug:

with those visa gift cards you have to do more than just activate them. you have to call the number onthe back of the card and attach your zip code to the card over the phone

Well i found out why my cards didnt work. The greendots cannot be used internationally. And visa gift cards also cannot be used internationally.

You have to get a reloadable visa prepaid card,and still cant purchase things internationally because it is a temporary card and you have to wait two weeks for them to send you the personalized card with your name on it to make international purchases. And make sure you a couple extra bucks because they charge a extra 2% fee for international purchases. Either way i fucking glad i finally found a card i can use. You are not able to just go to a store and buy any card that will work internationally. I learned this the hard way by buying almost every damn card, and getting declined or by researching on the web. It took me a damn week.
