The avengers- Is there supposed to be subtitles for nonenglish parts?

I am watching a version online and it got to this russian scene but there are no subtitles. Are there supposed to be?

Yes, there should be.  Look for subs with a label like 'english, non-english' to get english subs for nonenglish parts.

I thought that movie was shit.  It was all style and no substance.

Didn't really affect my movie experience.
