i did that too for some time.. last year.. and sometimes i still let the pc on auto sleep after 30-40min or something

i never had problems with this until recently o_o

what works for me is to get really tired .. like.. any kind of exercise/cardio for 2-3 hours atleast
then i don't need lights :laugh:

Honestly my sleep issues have gotten quite a bit better recently, the night terrors I used to get where so bad and would often blend in with reality when I was waking from them for a considerable length of time (some pretty creepy shit honestly)

Got to the point where I had to sleep with a kukri strapped to my headstand just to feel safe enough to rest and left the lights on. Now just have the computer monitor on a dark screen saver and the knife has moved to the bedside drawer :p

you should probably not use a computer monitor on, just get an actual night light no point in intentional wasting electricity yea know.
