Hi!  First post.  Got my first spores today, peshawaiian, cambodians, ecuador, all cubensis.. i just want to make sure with you guys that if i follow the steps of the pf tek method on verm/rice flour for colonization the strains will be compatible.  i don't think i'll follow it all the way, it sounds like a humidifier/heater setup are optimal for fruiting stages.

sound okay so far?? haha. trying not to screw it up

:thanx:

Yeah, they will eat up that mixture in the jar. Cubes love it. I would follow all the instructions to the T! I would look up a shot gun fruiting chamber though if you dont wanna use a humi. All it is is a plastic tote and perlite. Works fine!

Amazing site with a lot of videos to help you get started: Let's Grow Mushrooms!

It is this site's very own Roger Rabbit's site. His DVD is an awesome resource for beginners.
