If someone died on the shroomery

What I mean is if someone killed themself/ or died without any warnings but the police/invesigators managed to find that the Shroomery was a site the suicide victim frequently visited. How would the site react and is there a possibility of hiding documentation concerning the victim's suicidal intentions and recreational drug use. I mean of course it's seen as breaking the law but isn't the site responsible of protecting the individual's privacy since the investigators might stamp as "bad site" that lures young people and causes them to find methods to kill themselves or take unfamiliar drugs. Would the site be obliged to work with the investigators?

if under a subpoena then yes, they'd have to work with investigators but as of
yet there's never in the 15 years of the shroomery been a subpoena issued to
investigate anything related to cultivation or a death

But imagine if it were foreign investigators so really it is still necessary or can the site decline an offer to work with the foreign police. The site already has a name with at least two suicides linked to the shroomery and so why risk the site's reputation? It's a good site with a considerable number of intelligent folks...but some, especially parents (especially anti drug parents ) would do whatever in their power to have the site blocked or shut down.

My friend, a shroomerite, killed himself at a gathering and his girlfriend left the Shroomery shortly after that.

I'm actually part of another web community that was frequented by Jared Lee Loughner (the Gabriel Giffords shooter). Everything he'd posted there was already public but the admins put together a data dump of his threads for reporters and rubberneckers and posted the link on the main page.
