Anyone know a way to sleep after ritalin?

With no drugs
I ended up doing quite a bit of ritalin today, and I still can't sleep. I did about 108 mg throughout the day. It was concerta crushed and mostly snorted (never trying that again) and some orally.

i try to meditate myself to sleep. focus on my breathing of inhaling to the count of 7, exhaling to the count of 3. and just repeat in my mind a mantra of "breathe" and "sleep". and just nod off into either relaxation or sleep, whichever happens first

Yeah it does there are steps to break the time release though, so you end up with a lot of IR ritalin.

Anyway I tried smoking some weed, and it just made me more alert. I might just go try watch a movie, I always get tired after a movie.

try the breathing thing dude, it helps.

also, get yourself some vitamin c or some multivitamins, a good protein meal. have a shower, put on fresh clothes. get yaself feeling as good as you can given the current situation.
