I am a disc golf fiend

Nothing beats being outdoors, smoking a few bowls, and getting exercise all at once!Today is the first day I haven't played this week.

Disc golf finally filled my empty void of having no new hobbies. It's nice when there's nothing to do, all I have to do is go to the course at my local park to have fun. It's a lot better than when I was playing golf, because I was shelling out $20 a round. Disc golf, absolutely free. Sure I may be a rookie, but it's nice to see my progression in the game.

So, are there any disc golfers out there?

Anyway OP, I disc!!!  hell ya!!! It's so fun!!

I love the way the courses are set-up with woods surrounding it.  And ya smoking bowls is fun as shit while discing.

the woods are the best part about it, because it's bad ass to curve around/through trees and making it in the whole.

But when you lost your disc in the woods...that's another story :crankey:

I also enjoy meeting new people on the course. Two days ago I met a guy that came from Iowa on a business trip that was a dead head from the 90s and had some awesome stories.

ya i love courses that have a 90 degree turn. 

I've met a few ppl too, cool stuff.

I haven't lost a disc yet :smile:

My town has 3 courses. I absolutely love the hobby. It's fun to blaze then go frolf a few rounds. My main disc is an Innova Excalibur.

I would love to disc golf but there are no courses where I live. I'd Have to make my own.

I have disc golf on ps3 move actually and thats how I found out about it :lol:

I've came extremely close to losing my disc on about three separate occasions, but I always ended up getting them back. One time I managed to throw a full pepsi can at my disc that was 25 feet in the air, and after a good 10 clean hits at the disc, it fell out :cool:

Oh, so you're one of those disc golf fucks that took over my favorite park. I've been going to that park for damn near 30 years. They put a course in and now every time I go there I can't enjoy it because of assholes throwing fuckin' discs at my head.

That was the first spot I frequented when I began mushroom hunting. I found some tasty morels there. The morel in my av was found there. Now it's ruined.

I'm not with this guy, but you gotta admit that the finger is funny...

We don't have courses here but when I visited my cousin in west virginia they had some.
I thought it was fun as hell, we played everday for the 6 days I was there.

Yeah I love to go to the disk golf courses and sell bunk doses to all the hippies.....jk.....We have 10-15 courses less than half hr drive....:jah:

I just starting frolfing. It's a great cheap time. Although I suck. Disc golf makes me realize I have no control over my body. So many bad drives.

I love disc golf, my favorite is when you FIND an unmarked disc very exhilarating. My favorite disc right now is one I found, Innova Champion Wraith 175g.

You actually call the number back....If i lose a disk I just charge it to the game.... If someone finds it cool...If I find one awesome...I wont call to give it back but rather let them know it was found so they don't look for it next time......

I love disc golfing! We have a great course here in my little town and I play often, weather permitting. I've met lots of cool people and it's great exercise. I'm a horrible player though. Just can't get the movements right or something.
