I just got a home in Eureka and i am so ready to move..

Any local spots to look up or see?

It's a trippy joint, good food and beer.

It's been a while since I made it down there, maybe next summer I will have to plan a southern Journey again.

Avenue of the Giants is pretty cool. Lot's of redwoods, oh it's the Humboldt Redwood State Park, a bit south of Eureka.
A very chill place it is.

Hell, that whole area is fucking nice. Cool town, chill folks.

dunno bout eureka, but there's some decent bars/venues in arcata. if you're looking for hiking, humboldt redwoods state park, lost coast/king's range, usal nat'l forest, mendo nat'l forest

keep in mind that nohum and sohum are two very different worlds

Food: Japhy's & Stars

Scenery: drive a half hour or two in any direction. Patricks Point sp,Trinadad, the Trinity river replaces swimming at the beach in the summer, Arcata community forest for nearby afternoon hikes,Samoa/Manila dunes and beach. Much more..

Entertainment: not so much going on in summertime, do scenery..
