I was told that the old server was a Dell PowerEdge 2850, and the new hardware is two Dell PowerEdge R610's...

sorry for the downtime today, things went... not quite according to plan.  The irc and mail server are down.  I had to reboot them and they refused to come back up.  I'm going to have to rebuild them from backups so they're going to take a while.  The mail server is taking priority over irc, so chat might be a bit.  Hopefully I'll have email back online tonight.

Link tripped over a cord and deLinked the server.  :eek:


But yeah it will probably be Monday when the live IRC chat is back, email hopefully sooner.  I'm satisfied with it though, a much needed break for everyone in the live chat, including the mods (we've been dealing with some retarded attackers lately).

In the mean time, EVERYONE GO OUT AND GET SOME EXERCISE!

I've been on IRC before and I don't see anything special, not much going on.  Are there certain rooms or certain times that are quicker?
