Sunburn, phase 2, what should I do?

Alright.

So I have sunburn to the point where my face is pussing. I woke up last night and my face was literally covered in yellowish puss. Since then I have been washing my face with antibacterial soap and using lotion. It seems to be getting better as its not red anymore and the pussing is not as bad as last night.

Now here I am in Texas with the blaring hot sun beating down and no way to travel but on foot. Unfortunately I do not have a hat but I do have sunscreen and sunglasses. I need to EAT, which means I need to leave my dorm. Should I apply 2-3 layers of sunscreen on my face and then venture out to get food or should I just stay safe and inside?

I am a little scared to go outside because my face took a definite beating and I dont want to fuck it up anymore.

What do you think?

Can you order delivery? I'm fearful the sunscreen might only irritate your sensitive, burned skin.

And you should probably go to the clinic tomorrow. I had sun poisoning once and the doc gave me an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea, anti-nausea, and painkillers.

I can order delivery but I have to walk to the parking lot to get it. Its about 5 min away on foot.

I just don't think you should expose your face to more sun. It might look goofy but maybe hold a towel over your head or carry an umbrella?
