Just lost 60$ on mushrooms :(

Hey all this is my first time posting on the boards though im not pleased to say it has to be in this fashion.

I was looking to get a quarter of mushrooms last night from a friend who some might call 'sketchy' and it turned into a shit storm of a night and I ended up losing all my money and threats were uttered and people were generally in a very piss poor mood. definitely not an environment i would want to trip on.

So I think I've come to the conclusion that growing mushrooms for myself is the only way I'm truly going to be able to enjoy the psychedelic experience for myself. So if anyone wants to chat, discuss growing for noobies, or just throw your 2 cents into the post im all ears. Thanks a bunch and happy tripping!

I ended up giving my sketchy friend the 60$ because he had told me that he would do the deal with his hookup. And so we were sitting in his hookups basement waiting for the guy to arrive, and than he practically just ran out of the house when we handed him the 60$ ..

I'm starting to realize some people are just fake smiles and shells of human beings containing some deep evil inside them lol..

Anyways i'm not too pissed but it was 60$ and my friend did say he would sort things out for me. Live and learn. Peace !

It happened to me once, even as a seasoned junky, i did it cause i was on my longboard and knew i could keep up with dude on the bike. well i thought. also cause i was desperate from w/d.

he took fifteen, and literally asked "can that thing keep up" then bolted

i saw him shit himself when he looked back and i was right on his tail. he nearly speed wobbles into a car

the alleys of miami and my being new to the town saved his ass. as soon as he turned a corner not even ten feet ahead of me he disappeared.

i stalked the area for nearly a week and got him back tho.

i turned a corner on my board , back from buying spice and there he was, this  time on foot.

fucked, he was :yoda2:

then after i..ahem "dealt with him"  he went to jail for 15 years(one for each dollar :tongue:) for crack dealin

I'm pretty much against selling mushrooms. Once you have someone who just wants money will sell these things to 14 year old kids that have bad trips and tell there parents. I believe that if you want to trip, you should grow or pick your own, NEVER give them to others(I have 2 trip buddies, I may never add another one until the day I die. sharing with these two people I would consider exceptable) The reason I exercise so much caution is I don't want to be, nor do I like when immature young people overdue, or act to stupid, make crappy decisions when regarding this one specific drug. If we can pull together and show that these mushrooms can be consumed in a safe and mature way among adults we might start spreading different, more positive statistics.

Sorry to go so far off your topic, I'm bored and tossing you my 10 cents.

Oh and dont front money to a third party. Make sure your friend is the one who has whatever it is.  If you dont know em, or they dont come to you, or you havent had dealings with them before it could go wrong. Thankfully ive always had chill folks that would never try to scam.  Thank god some people have the deceny not to fuck someone over for a short gain.

welcome to the site. sucks you had to deal with that kinda bullshit, but fuck man if losing $60 brought you to this site to grow your own, thats $60 well spent! :p

growing is fun, interesting, and much more rewarding. my advice to you though is tell NOBODY that you are growing, definitely no drug addicts or sketchy people, or friends who have connections with sketchy people or drug addicts.

if youre gonna tell anyone make sure its someone you trust with your life.
