Cacti Extraction

SWIM is planning on extracing some mescaline from Peruvian Torch but most of the extraction found involve working with fresh materials such as the Nanook method. Now the extraction that is needed is for about 1/2kg of dry material anyone got any sugestion. SWIM was thinking of just disolving the dry material in Methanol then filtering the material and evaporating the methanol.

Also does anyone have a good guide for yields and doses as i was thinking that 0.5g of extract would be a good starting point to eat and I was thinking of about 5g for extract.

Rhodium's site has a good method of crystalizing your extraction.

Thanks but i have just checked it out and I dont like the sound of the beggining, cos I dont think you should ever add water to the cati to begin with unless you want a material that cannot be filtered and something that is totaly to messy to work with. It would basicaly endup with snot tea.
