Great Danes weren't bred for racing, they're Mastiffs. They were bred originally as War / Man hunting dogs.

again you show your ignorance, they were not bred for racing because they're
too large and cumbersome for the task in addition to a low metabolism like
most large breeds they dont take in enough energy to be suitable for the
sport, they were bred specifically for killing people

dane = greyhound and mastiff. no one would try and breed a race dog, nature already did that with greyhounds.

i see both sides of the issue, personally i have only seen friendly pits, my friend has an adopted previously abused one that is just sweet as can be. i also would be nervous to see one aggressively approaching me.

If a pitbull doesn't want to have sex with you, then you're not going to be having sex with that pitbull. Statutary rape won't cover it, because it's implication is that there is an age of consent for human/canine relations. (Please don't tell me this is, actually the case) I know that in certain cases, The American Courts have accepted a Dog's testimony as evidence, (Police Bloodhounds identifying a suspect by scent) so there is
a precedent for a dog testifying in Court. I think it could (with some creative and depraved legal advice) make an interesting court case.
