Tronic Heater Malfunctioning?

Okay, here is the situation. I think I may have a Tronic heater on the fritz, I went to pick some guys today and noticed that the internal temperature of the fruiting chamber was 3-4 degrees higher than usual, concerned I then proceded to test the water temperature in the incubator portion of the chamber. If was reporting 8 degrees higher than the Tronic was set for. Major flags went up, so I setup a webcam to watch the LED on the tronic (yeah I'm a computer dork... what can I say) and have noticed that the tronic's LED hasn't come one once today, but the digital them still shows the water temp holding steady. Has my tronic gone on the fritz???? Has anyone experience something like this before??

my incubator heater keeps turning off by itself but doesnt turn back on ever i think... the water doesnt even feel warm and its set at 82 degrees... *sigh
