Mental Institution Denies Pistol Permit

I'm 25 and got denied a pistol purchase permit due to what the mental institution told the sherrif's office of Charlotte, NC. Kind of surprised but I do see the danger in owning one and its potential suicide factor

I would be mega pissed if the admitted use of drugs to an institution would get my gun right revoked (a very basic right given to us in the constitution) and thought it was until I learned you can still own guns that aren't pistols. I'm not going to off myself with a rifle so I guess the wise decision was made as a pistol is just too easy to off-yourself on a bad day.

Prayers that all the shroomery gun users are staying safe and having fun (...in the right kind of ways, ya dig?)
