The Shroomery is full of all sorts of usernames, some obvious, others bizarre, often with a meaning behind it that escapes anyone but the poster himself.

Wiccan_Seeker

When I joined the Shroomery a decade ago I was a Wiccan, and also a Seeker. Since then, the Seeker part of me has ventured into other directions and I'm no longer a Wiccan by the definition of that religion.

The Seeker remains, even though I feel I have found much of the answers to the big questions in life that I had been seeking.

I could be completely wrong, but I feel I have a pretty good idea hot it works, the basics of being human and the universe and all that. Still, once you stop seeking you get old.

I'm a huge fan of Captain Beefheart, and I lurked around here
for a couple of years before joining, and I noticed the name
zappaisgod, and in my opinion BeefheartisBetter.

Vae victis (IPA: [ˈwai ˈwiktiːs]) is Latin for "woe to the vanquished (ones)" or also "woe to the conquered (ones)". (This is the dative plural form—the dative singular is Vae victo if the conquered is masculine, Vae victae if the conquered is feminine.)

I used Vae Victis before but thought Vae Victum sounded cooler.

This was the name I used when I played too much Warcraft III. Chinese players would kick my ass, thus the name. Before this forum my highest post count was on a Warcraft III forum... :facepalm:
