as an anonymous user, you can click on a user profile, click on "view ratings" and start adding/editing/deleting ratings!!! I'll demonstrate on whoever responds... this should be fixed immediately.

OK, so I discovered the bug when I was giving learyfan a rating..

here is Learyfan's ratings in case you want to fix that last rating... and I accidently deleted another user's rating, I forgot who it was... I think that was all the damage I did... and I another bug is you can rate someone more than once in that screen.
