van halen re union ... oh my.

so i saw van halen on some music show last night and noticed they looked about 70 and had dave lee doing the old man shuffle .
my first reaction was something like "fuggin awesome" until i heard the first few bars of "tattoo" .
what a stinker. i could write a book about how uncool it was to see those geriatrics poncing about in snakeskin pants and how sucky it was to see these geeks rattling on about tattoos considering they are all too smart to have any shite work themselves ?
wolfie on bass is a fat turd with no charisma or stage presence .
i almost feel embarassed for them, oh how the mighty have fallen.
has anyone been silly enough to listen to the new album?

I haven't heard any of the new album. But I did watch this video this morning, which is David Lee Roth fronting a bluegrass band covering "Jump". Really funny...
