I feel you OP, I had the same surgery in high school after I tried to go beast mode on some deadlifts during weightlifting class.  Kinda fucked up football from then on.  My advice to you is to avoid watching anything funny for at least 2 weeks, laughing is gonna suck hard til you heal up some.  In the US they usually give lortabs for the pain though, shouldn't be too bad.  OoT FTW :thumbup:
