Fuck Paypal, Fuck Wells fargo, and Fuck Ebay

I sold a radar detector on ebay and got 270 dollars. I then sent 90 of it to someone for a amp, or so i thought. new ebay/paypal policy puts an automatic hold on your funds until you either get feedback for the item you sold on ebay or until the tracking number shows its been delivered for 3 days. So the 90 got pulled from my checking, money I didnt have in it, and 2 parking meter charges rack me up 70 dollars in overdraft fees.  I go into the bank, wait half an hour, and they inform me its not their problem and they wont waive the charges. I've been a customer there for 15 years. I'll be closing my accounts this week....

oh yea I forgot to mention the one for ebay automatically pulling 17 out of my checking for fees without giving me notice

I feel you that shit happened to me too. Its crazy because I sold something for a friend through ebay and then they held the money. What was so messed up was that I couldn't pay for the items and send them due to paypal and ebay!

I had to give full refunds and lost money. So I closed account. Best way now is to use a different payment processing company and make them checkout your way.

But yes fuck them!

Sounds like you guys just didn't read the terms of service before using it. That's on you.

So its expected I read the terms of service every time i make a transaction? I've had a paypal account for years, they made the change without telling me.

Ebay tried that bullshit on me a year or so back. I listed my old PS3 60 gig and somebody with no feedback bought it. He over paid the winning bid "red flag". Paypal also put a hold on the funds for 1 - 3 months. There video game policy is that I have to send without being paid, and if the buyers says anything. Like "I don't like this PS3" for example, he gets a refund and he gets to keep my PS3. Well fck that! I told them to refund the buyer immediately as he was obviously a scammer.

Long story short Ebay said I'd owe them their cut for the sale, a sale that never took place. After repeatedly telling them I didn't sell it and that his money was refunded, they still insisted I pay them $40. So I sold my PS3 on craigslist. They deleted my ebay account which had a decade's worth of positive feedback. Then sent the bill to collections, gotta love evil thieves :kingcrankey:
