when I get my license back i anm think about buying a ford explorer

i have a 98 before and crashed it
it was like a metallic greay and purple beast
with a nice sound system

are they reliable?  do you own one and shit tellme shit about owning one

All I know is at one point they were widely known as "for exploders" for some safety recall stuff.

Ive never owned one but at one point I did have an Expedition...which was like a big explorer.

I think it was just referred to as the "Exploder" due to Ford's reputation in general.  Personally, I haven't heard of them having any problems from people who maintain them properly.  ie, don't treat it like it's a Civic!!

i had one not too long ago.

it was a beast..... i think it had a straight 6 engine and was early 90's

theyre great utility vehicles, and having the 4WD is Always a plus. towed a few cars with it

I have a 1994 4wd xlt with 227k miles on it. I love the damn thing. all thats wrong with her is a small dent in the front left quarter panel I need to pop out. Lost my virginity in her, tripped the hardest on lsd in her. Its like my fucking avatar.

i've had a jeep too

cherokees are cramped
grand cherokees are alright but don't look at pimp

explorers are the most gangsta looking 4x4 i know of

grand cherokees, arent they the ones with no real frame? PSSSHAW to that.

thats whats great about early jeeps, and explorers. you can put a plow or other equipment on them no problem.

I meant avatar like in the movie. but yeah jeeps are sweet too. small suvs in general are cool. I like how the back seats fold down and you can sleep in the back. Now jeep jeeps ,like the small ones I dont care much for but the cherokees are cool
