Fucking AWESOME (and easy) Mac + Cheese

So this is my little way I've been making my macaroni and cheese lately, and I think I perfected it.  Its fucking awesome, the best I have ever eaten.  ITS SO FUCKING GOOD.  Its very cheap, its great for those times where you want something awesome but with no mess.  This would be GREAT for those of you at college.


Heres what you do / need...

1 Box of Macroni and Cheese (I buy generic and save $$$)


    Milk

    Butter


    Taco Bell Chipotle Sauce

    - I guess they use this in some taco bell items, but you can buy it at stores now.  It kind of has a strong flavor, so taste it and figure out how much you would like, or if you would want to omit it.  To be honest, I thought it was a little weird at first, but now I really like it and use it quite often


Queso - Salsa Dip



So, what you do is cook the macaroni as it state son the box... put it in boiling water.

Once the noodles get to how you like them, I like mine a little bit harder, drain all the water from the pot.  But keep the noodles in there (derp).

Now here is when you are going to add the butter.  On the box of my macaroni it calls for 1/4 cup of butter.  A stick of butter is 2/4 of a cup.  So you can divide the stick of butter into 8's (so, 1/4 cup would be = to 4/8 stick) and it does this for you on the stick, but I am just explaining to describe how I do it.  I use like 5.5 / 8ths of the stick.  So I use a little bit more than 1/4 like the box says.  It makes it more creamy and awesome.

Then you add the milk, now I never measure, but here I know I use a bit less than what the box says to.  To be honest, I don't even remember what my box says because I don't ever follow milk rules.  To much milk makes for a more liquidy-cheese sauce, which some people might like, I don't so do what you would like.  I use only barely enough milk, so mine comes out really thick and creamy and good.

So, add the butter and the milk and the cheese powder that comes in the box.  Stir it up so it gets cheesy and shit... how you would normally make macaroni and cheese.  Then when it gets good, I squirt like two decent squirts of the taco bell sauce.  Stir that in, and then I take two big spoonfuls of the cheese-salsa stuff and throw it in there and stir it up.

NOW ENJOY!

If you follow the thick and creamy way that I do it (i tried both ways this is the best imo) you will have like a really thick and cheesy looking bowl of mac and cheese.  It smells fucking AMAZING and it looks PICTURE PERFECT!!!! 

Taste it and never want to eat anything else in your life. 

I just made a box, and it was enough to split into two bowls.  I ate like a lunch sized portion just now and still have another slightly bigger portion in the fridge for later.

if you like awesome creamy macaroni and cheese, might sound weird (especially with the tacobell sauce) but its MAGNIFICO

1lb box of rigatoni + cooked 3/4 time.
spray non stick spray on croc pot

1/2 stick butter
3-4 cups cheddar cheese (they sell it in 2cup bags)
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
1T olive oil
and I salt,pepper,garlic powder, and onion powder to taste (real garlic and onion works too)

let reduce in croc for 90 mins on low heat, stirring occasionally. Best Mac and Cheese.

oh...
then i ruin it with ketchup and eat.
