President Noriega, from the story I heard, took refuge in an embassy that was bombarded with noise untill he ceased resistance.

In effect, I think, his position and that of the embassy was undermined and toppled.

In my discussion with a Mennonite lady I think I have reached an impasse where I have to guard my "noise" from undermining and toppling her position, because in doing as I would be done by I would become susceptible, perhaps, to a Bardic haunting of noises such as car horns, gunshots and "voices", as I have come to understand it, that have the intent to confuse at the least.

An example of my "noise" is in deciphering 'Melons & Cucumbers' from Exodus to be a refference to sexual apparatus that perhaps is sacrificed as one becomes "childlike".

The particular noise that checked me is the refference to wool which perhaps I have mistaken to be a parrable/metaphor for black headgear which I assume is a mark of a death of a relative.

"..and no wool shall come upon them" in refference to the garments, is the passage that has me stifled, from Ezekiel 44:17

Edit:9/20/11- musings:
"Jesus Christ, Superstar, Who are you, What have you sacrificed." and
Edgar Cayce' three-legged mascot; and refferences to 'all-fours' in 'Heart of Darkness'- Sacrifice versus forfeit

Funny you should mention this.

In one of my more intense & transformative trips (you know, the ol' "consensus reality tears away to reveal the mystical fabric of spacetime and The Meaning of Life™") I experienced people as bubbles of indestructible perception/knowledge, like walking books.

These bubbles would walk around in the bubble bath and they'd communicate with each other, by talking raw bullshit for lack of a better word with each other. But the raw BS only made sense to each bubble. When it transferred to another bubble, the raw BS that bubble could handle came through just fine and it would be Ultimate Truth™. But the parts of the raw BS that it couldn't handle came through into that bubble as indeterminate noise, noise intended to confuse.

So I got this image, of all humanity and civilisation constructed out of these bubbles where people simply talked shit, prayed it made sense and concealed the "irrelevant shit" to cover their ass. Of course, the "irrelevant shit" that they concealed was actually Ultimate Truth™ to all other bubbles, but this bubble couldn't make sense of it for all these bubbles spent all their time gazing at the beauty & ugliness of all the other bubbles, forgetting how the content of their own bubble made the other bubbles so.

And that "irrelevant shit" was nothing else but their own ugliness.

Well, consider the evolution of those bubbles.

"Hoo hoo haaaa haaa" - My great great granddaddy
"There is no self young padwan" - Me

Conjecture & speculation.

Observable phenomena from an ignoramus (such as myself) results in no less valid hypothesys', in my opinion.

I've read of 'heavy water' existing at depths, and perhaps there is 'lighter air' the bouyancy of which could sustain periphial observation platforms.
