my roommate last year was a 3rd year chem student. he brought home an entire jug of ether one day.

we never really measured it, but would just get a small bit of cloth soaked in it and then drop that in a plastic bag, than just huff from that.

you end up with a feeling very similar to n20, but it both is slower to come on and slower to leave, and you have to pretty much be continually huffing the entire time.

not bad on a whole, but then the added fact that it makes any place instantly reek of ether, you yourself will smell like a chem lab for a few hours, and it is flammable so you can't smoke ganja at the same time... make it a general pass--but still fun to try.

Yeah i did that once, using starting fluid and the only thing it did is make me smell like ether for a day or two from my pores and it never really made me feel like I thought it should have :shrug:

I second that, did it a handful of times before I figured out how nasty it is, that smell will stick in your nose and mouth for hours. Its easy to over do and be way too fucked up, like way way too fucked up. It also gives you a wicked hangover. What they say about it in fear n loathing is true, it is such an intense fuck up, it can be truly terrifying, and you are completely helpless to do anything about it.
