Me & a few buddies made a kick-ass pile of nachos when we were baked and it was so fucking awesome.

Fry up some bacon, make some scrambled eggs with melted cheese in them, and wrap it all up in a soft tortilla with some sriracha or taco sauce

A good snack I make sometimes is where you fry several strips of bacon, cut into about 2 inch squares, then throw some cheddar cheese on top and a slice of green onion (shallots), microwave just until the cheese melts..if you want to serve to guests you can pierce through each slice with a toothpick or be a man and just wolf it down..

Fry up some mushrooms and onion and garlic and spinach in butter.  Add hot sauce near the end, you don't want to burn off too much of the heat.

Put some sesame oil on the inside of a bagel, and cover one side in brie.  Put it in the toaster oven until the brie gets that nutty toasted flavor, and until the sesame oil fries the inside of the other slice of bagel nice and crispy.  Add mushrooms onto bagel and enjoy.  Can add some extra fresh spinach as well. 



Can also mix some feta cheese, red bell pepper, jalapeno, tomato, fresh oregano, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper together, and eat it on top of a nice grilled portabello mushroom.  Gills up to make a nice little bowl for the feta mix.  The hot and cold sensation is one of my favorites in food.

That sounds amazing, but if I were stoned it would also sound really complicated :eek:

I love making really complicated foods when I'm stoned.  Sometimes take like an hour to make a sandwich with all sorts of crazy bells and whistles. :lol:

I usually plan out really complex meals in my head, but thinking is easier than doing. I tend to be a little overwhelmed once I reach the kitchen :grin:

I love cooking, and spend a lot of time doing it.  Actually learned how to cook when I was stoned for the most part. :lol:  But nothing's too complicated.

The first is what I have for breakfast almost every day.  The latter is usually only for dinner when we get the grill going.

Southwest eggrolls

grilled Chicken breast salted and peppered to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onion
8 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup frozen corn
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 Tbl Chili powder
6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
5 7" tortillas
vegetable oil for frying




Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions + peppers, and cook until tender. Stir in spinach, corn, black beans. Season with chili powder and cumin. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese.
2. Place 1/4 cup of filling in the center of tortilla. Fold in the sides, and roll egg rolls; dampen the edges with a small amount of water to seal and stick a tooth pick through them to keep closed
3. In a large heavy skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover egg rolls over medium-high heat. Working in batches, carefully place egg rolls in hot oil, and cook until golden brown. Remove to paper towels.
