Market place subforum for deals * 1

I think it would be a good idea to add a marketplace subforum for people to post findings that do not involve themselves.

A while back I had to search through hundred of pages of old "deal" threads that are  not only mostly out dated but also hard to actually find all of them using the adv search.


The deal subforum would be regulated the same way the marketplace works (no posts competing with sponsor products), and it shouldn't be a huge issue for mod's to regulate this since I actively report that nonsense when I see it.

It will reduce possible clutter and provides a very appropriate location to post this kind of information.

What kind of deals are you talking about?

Like - Portland Maine - Jimmy Smokestack has $0.25 wings and $2 PBR's on Wednesdays?

Local food specials or the coupon cutting cafe?

What is it you're trying to advocate here?

more like online deals that would be relevant to everyone, instead of local deals.

good idea, but it may get spammed by randoms if there isn't a prerequisite like the marketplace. that's the last thing that mods want
