Dude, I know what you are going through first hand and it is HELL!!! I feel bad that we are going through the same thing... but in a way its a relief to see Im not alone, because we may be able to help each other! I have been down the same path... taking EVERY type of OTC,herbal and prescription sleep aide. But when it's time for bed, my mind will NOT shut down. It is like a merry-go-round that just wont turn off

I will be back with answers! and questions! So be prepared for me when I get back, because I will have to crack open your head a little and see if we can figure out a strategy for you

Like I said, I have been struggling with insomnia on and off, almost my entire life. I am in no way a professional sleep therapist, but insomnia is a subject that I have been researching for around about 15 years now!
