I finally went out and collected some mullein as it grows wild around here, along with a few other plants. Made a blend of mullein (60%), Mugwort (25%), and Datura leaf/flower (15%) as an alternative smoke and lung expectorant.

Just something to puff on when I'm not looking to get high, it has a mild flavor and induces a floaty/clear mind. Not a "high" in any way but definitely has a "feel" to it if you get me.



And this way I can practice my joint rolling skills . I'm horrible at rolling joints/blunts as I never smoke that much weed to my self in one sitting. So the only time I do smoke them is with friends and they're always the ones that roll em' up.

Make sure she's inhaling it all the way and tell her to hold her hit for 5 seconds, most the time when people don't get high their first time it's because they didn't inhale and/or hold it in long enough...
