Not enough evidence to convict her. I don't think she should get the death sentence, especially since there are many reasonable doubts.

Casey didnt just win guys....WE ALL WIN. It proves that our legal system wont be swayed by emotions and still looks for cold hard evidence.

This trial showed how pathetic we are humans are, how desperate for blood we are, and how quick we are to throw stones..

Just not enough evidence. The police didn't suspect they were being lied to soon enough, didn't find the kid's body soon enough, they focused too much on her behaviors and not on the evidence - facts. The defense is under no obligation to provide an alibi, the state has to prove murder beyond all reasonable doubt. While I think she was responsible to some extent I don't believe there was enough evidence to convict.
