Good thing the aluminum isn't in free ionized form and it's in a stable molecular structure, otherwise that mushroom myc might absorb it.

Mellow, I'd be more worried if the vermiculite in spent casing layers (as that's the only area vermiculite is found in my trays, and that's when I want to case them), if it was found decomposed and broken down, I'd be more worried.  You probably get more aluminum daily from your deodorant than from occasional consumption of mushrooms. :smile:

I mean I could very well be wrong, but I'm thinking I'm on the right track with this idea. :o
