harry potter 7

I can't wait til the movie comes out! The previews look excellent, but I hope it isn't just a special effects movie (especially since its in 3D). Part of the preview has me wondering how much they will change things from the book. The quick shot they show of harry pulling himself and voldemort off the bridge definitely didn't happen in the book and I'm wondering where it came from.

Im kinda sad its going to be ending, I grew up to these books and movies and its soon to be over :frown:

I'd really like to see a harry potter RPG.  With both MMO and single player capabilities.  The single player would revolve around the Harry Potter story, and the MMO would allow you to play with other people online in the realm of Hogwarts/Hogsmeade/book locations.  I think it would be a huge seller.  Someone like rockstar could make it, they seem to be the industry leader in open world sandbox style games.  It would be even more fun to play on shrooms.  They could use the character's from the movie and do voice overs.  Man, imagine the possibilities.

eh, abc family runs harry potter marathons once in a while, i couldnt justify paying that much to see a few mediocre movies. the first 3 movies blew, but new directors definitely turned the series around. The movies will always be far inferior to the books tho, no doubt.

My G/F is crazy about HP.

Needless to say, Im going to be going to the theaters to see it with her. Ive only seen 1 and 2 so far, so IDK...

i know how you feel man. the first ones were god awful. the last one was sick, not only because they stuck almost 100% to the plot, but because the film and special effects were spectacular. i read all the books but only watched the first movie when i gave up on it, then subsequently was convinced to watch deathly hollows part one. since then i've seen all the other ones. none of them before 6 are very good, but the last two are pretty sick. new directors took a much grittier tone and raised it from pg to pg13, which made a big difference.

The OG dumbledore in the movies died after the first movie, and they switched directors for the third one.  I'm sad to see this series ending though.  JK has hinted that she is thinking about writing another book, but it won't be ready for release until 2020, if she does decide to write it.

Has anyone been to the harry potter theme park in Florida?  It looks amazing.  It really is cool how such a mystical setting as Harry Potter even came about.  It truly makes you wonder how something artifical could become so desireable.

Its going to be a great movie.

I will go watch it too.

Harry Potter is a very well written and addictive book.
