Definitely depends what you're fucked up on. I've enjoyed Jackass drunk (but ONLY drunk).

John Waters movies (Pink Flamingos in particular) are great when you're on LSD. It really enhances the picture's inherent qualities. :smirk:

:smirk:

As for stoned/tripping TV shows: Star Trek, Twin Peaks, Planet Earth.

Pink Flamingos! Thats a weird one right? I think I've seen that before and I remember wanting to watch it again

Okay, after reading this, I have not seen it, but I fucking have to...

Quote:

Sleaze queen Divine lives in a caravan with her mad hippie son Crackers and her 250-pound mother Mama Edie, trying to rest quietly on their laurels as 'the filthiest people alive'. But competition is brewing in the form of Connie and Raymond Marble, who sell heroin to schoolchildren and kidnap and impregnate female hitchhikers, selling the babies to lesbian couples. Finally, they challenge Divine directly, and battle commences...

Yes it's VERY weird, and very often completely stomach-turning. Its NC-17 rating is well earned. :yesnod:

I also recommend the wire as it is the best show ever made but I need to be sober to watch that complicated shit.

The BCC "Planet Earth" OWNS the American versions.

David Attenborough has the most epic voice of all time and hearing him describe epic scenes is just, well...epic. He could be telling you about a shit he took and it would blow your mind.

I wonder what watching Ahh Real Monsters would be like on some substances....

The Wire was great, but IMO Six Feet Under was the best show ever made.

Watching it stoned is like an emotional roller coaster though.

Same thing happened to me when I played Neil Armstrong in Moonshot. They found me in an alley in Burbank trying to re-enter the earth's atmosphere in an old refrigerator box.
