Jenkem was never really used it was a joke and bullshit. Desomorphine is something very realistic because russia refuses to give help to any addicts or allow methadone or suboxone to be legal so now they result to very toxic opioid alternatives that cost them waaaaaay more money, crime, prison system effect, economic effect, public parks and everything else are effected, because they give them a little money to make up a lot of money.


Just goes to show you opiates will be sought by addicts and gigantic HIV/Hep C rates are going to cost way more than sterile free equipment.

This is an extremely sad epidemic.

If this is not a clear indication that Russia needs treatment and maintaining
programs (suboxone, methadone, diamorphine) then I don't know what
is.

Granted, this is just as much the users fault. They should stop and think
"is a couple hour buzz worth losing a limb"

I would have too think not.

Oh one last comment. I am in no way a legalize all drugs activist,
However, at least give them access to things like codine, Hydrocodone,
and morphine.

Not meaning go to store and buy, but maybe go to a doc, explain
to them you are using desomorphine, and get a script to morphine
instead.

Harm prevention and reduction.
