Good start to Spring!

Hey folks!

Haven?t been around much since last season and I?ve been real busy but springtime is here and look what my lady already found for me this morning!

Yum, yum???these were growing on one of our laid block paths. If she hadn?t seen them I probably would have stepped right on them! They?re pretty small but??cool!

As far as habitat, the walk has a sandy base underneath, which is the only reason I can imagine they would pop up there.

Where?s my old buddy Toxicman?!

Thanks Mr. Mushrooms and cube421,

I'm in Virginia and I do feel lucky. Most people have to look for these and they grow with the weeds here apparently (I'm sure the sand on that walk helped). We'll see if it's a freak of nature or we get more!

If you keep watering the area where they were growing you might get more there.

I couldn?t get back to the fray here and I should have been watering!

Still no new "sprouts" yet, but it's going to rain I think. Wooohoo!
