Yeah I actually know from first to last quite well, i have travis' number (the guitarist) I never really talked to Sonny though. But i knew he was into electronica.

I wish sonny would make more than just techno shit, cause his voice is really unique and cool.

I'm not undermining you at all dude, never heard your stuff so I won't judge you.  But I do have doubt that you could produce dubstep of equal quality. 

If you were as good or better, why aren't you doing what he's doing right now?

First off, the only reason he's recognized as Skrillex is because he took the fame from being in From First to Last and used it right when the dubstep craze was blowing up to become annoyingly popular among the trendy "SO GRIMY BRAH" dubstep crowd

Secondly, I don't write dubstep

Thirdly, my music isn't really the kind with mass appeal, unlike Skrillex.

I recently saw Skrillex at Summer Camp for the first time. I was not impressed.

He fucked up like 3 or 4 times and tried to blame it on the sun in his eyes.
