I don't know if supplements count as "drugs," but I do take a multivitamin every day. In addition I will occasionally take a number of supplements in a (seemingly successful) attempt to compensate the occasional stimulant binge - 5-HTP, L-tyrosine, and B-vitamins work wonders.

Isn't 5-HTP hepatotoxic?

I wouldn't know, but I do know that it helps a lot with the emotional fallout of stimulant abuse. I also take milk thistle extract fairly often, so

Say I was to take 90-100mg of MDMA in one go without subsequent redosing of stimulant drugs? Would I be ok without these supplements and only with a decent meal afterwards to replenish whatever has been lost?

I don't know. Pure MDMA doesn't usually seem to have the type of "emotional fallout" I'm describing. If you're having panic attacks as part of your hangover, then 5-HTP is your friend.

I'll keep it in mind. By looking at their chemical structures I'd make a guess and say that 5-HTP replenishes serotonin and L-tyrosine does the same for dopamine/norepinephrine.

Yeah it really does. I exercise a lot, and it is really helpful on days after a strenuous workout when I am exceptionally sore.

It is truly the best of the NSAIDs. It wins in every possible way: it takes less than fifteen minutes to kick in. It kicks in HARD when it does, with extreme effectiveness. It lasts twelve hours. I honestly don't understand why other NSAIDs are even used.

I forgot, I always keep some L-Theanine. i have a 50g bag of it, put it in my cuppa tea in the morning, I get a very nice feeling from 150mg Theanine, like if I've drunk a few cups of green tea at once. great for starting the day. amazing.

i see the 'opiophile' below your name, i like opiates too, and the L-Theanine goes great with them.
