with sauteed fresh spinach, and a small drizzle of olive oil

Why are you eating raw chicken? Here's what cha do:
take that thigh  and sear a good golden color to her
add a little stock to the pan
add lid
simmer 5 or so minutes until the stock cooks off
eat
avoid getting the runs by not eating raw chicken

Sausage Sunday

grilled chicken/pork chorizo
caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, diced jalapeno, sliced green bell, diced tomato, sliced green onion, lettuce, mustard

Beef ravioli in a sauce made from chicken stock, well chopped tomatoes, green onion, shallot, with green beens and sauteed spinach, pepper, salt, dried red pepper

I didn't make these ravioli, although I do from time to time, usually with just a sauteed mushroom mix.  I did make the chicken stock though.  I've been trying to eat all my remaining veg and stuff in the house lately.
