Box of rain is a good call bullfrog. I'd also say that the entire Tool collection rocks, and A perfect circle. However the're just too new to know if I'd tire of them. so....

I'll 7th the vote for Tool. Lateralus is an amazing album, as well as any other tool album you might happen to find.
My first thought for individual song though was Radiohead's Paranoid Anderoid. One of the greatest pieces of music written in the time since Kurt Cobains death in my opinion.
