Rondo fits the team, but if Kidd was with those players he'd be doing a better job than him. He's really not that good. Not taking anything away from what he's been doing, but yeah.

Ive never been a big fan of Rondo myself but as the big 3 have gotten older, he has definitely stepped his game up and even carried that team at times. Kidd is just past his time and he has a pretty damn good team to work with himself. The Mavs arent a crap team with no talent

Oh, I wasn't comparing teams. I'm just saying Rondo has it relatively easy. He hasn't proven to me that he could lead a team such as the Wizards to the Playoffs. Some of his assists come from passing up lay-ups. Is he worth the contract the Celtics gave him? Sure, he's doing a good job for them. He hasn't proven to me he's an All-Star though.
