Disturbing Dreams

I have OCD, which I've been doing a great job with recently.

One of the symptoms that has plagued me in the past but I have been letting go of is guilt about taboo sexual wants that you don't really posses.

For the instance, the OCD mind can have compulsive thoughts about sex with animals or family members which are not things that I am into. But basically it makes you feel guilty about it anyway, even though I don't have any physical attraction toward any family members.

In the past I have had sex dreams about family members, which are very disturbing when I wake up, even though in the dream it can feel pleasurable or not pleasurable.

Last night I had a disturbing family related sex dream sort of within a dream and in it I went though my same thought process, explaining to myself that it was just a dream and it's OCD stuff and I didn't do anything wrong.

It put me in a bit of funk when I was doing really good, so I am just looking for some support from you guys if you have any knowledge.

Dude,

dreams are fucked up. Its not your fault unless you were deliberately lucid dreaming.

I would have used the anon function for this though.

In all honesty I am feeling a lot better just getting it out.

Psilocybin mushrooms have helped me a lot with my OCD.

And I don't think it's a big deal about the anon thing. If anyone thinks I am perverted they obviously have no idea what real OCD can be like.

Interestingly enough, people choose partners who are similar to their parents in personality.

Its been proven time and time again and I think its because subconciously we have a curiosity or a desire that we must express.

Remember, the subconcious and your concious mind can be completely opposed, in your dreams the subconcious takes more precedence than the concious.

That's all true and good points.
But I am positive most of it has to do with OCD.
