Synchronicity and you

Definition:

Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events, that are apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance, that are observed to occur together in a meaningful manner. The concept of synchronicity was first described by Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung in the 1920s.

Description:

The concept does not question, or compete with, the notion of causality. Instead, it maintains that just as events may be grouped by cause, they may also be grouped by their meaning. Since meaning is a complex mental construction, subject to conscious and subconscious influence, not every correlation in the grouping of events by meaning needs to have an explanation in terms of cause and effect.


The idea of synchronicity is that the conceptual relationship of minds, defined as the relationship between ideas, is intricately structured in its own logical way and gives rise to relationships that are not causal in nature. These relationships can manifest themselves as simultaneous occurrences that are meaningfully related.

Synchronistic events reveal an underlying pattern, a conceptual framework that encompasses, but is larger than, any of the systems that display the synchronicity. The suggestion of a larger framework is essential to satisfy the definition of synchronicity as originally developed by Carl Gustav Jung.

I have been experiencing this on a daily basis for a week or so. Most of it
consists of seeing "something" and then seeing it again or thinking of something
and seeing that exact thing that was on my mind somewhere unlikely just hours later.

Really weird and not sure what my personal take on it is. Has anyone else been
experiencing the same thing as of late or at any point in time??

Yeah this has happened to me on the shroomery as well. Its everywhere.
Im wondering what the meaning could be or is this just happening naturally??

your higher self IS the doin' thangs. you then process it through the physical mind and interpret it/give meaning to it through the personality construct.

you have control over the latter 2. you must trust the doin' thangs' doin' to make this work right

Well nothing may be out of place but it seems as if things are being put
into place at least mentally. Or maybe I am just full of shit :lol:

Deja Vu is similar but not the same thing...

Definition:

I believe it stems from a natural physic ability in all of us that we perceive
during a dream state like suggested above. Always a crazy feeling.
