Mushroom Substrate Tea

The Man Says:
"Well, these spent cakes have been sitting here doing nothing long enough.. they're spent. So i've decided to whip up some tea. These cakes have been dead for a few weeks now, and one contamed. The others look fine, just deprived. You can see the tek here. Well, you can read that.. but this is what I have:
Three 1/2pint cakes
Six cups water
Swiss Miss Marshmellow Lovers Hot Chocolate Mix (w/ marshmellows)

Six cups water were added to a pan, and was heated. Waited for it to boil.
Chopped up the cakes into cubes, threw it in the pot.
Waited 10min

Put a bunch of coffee filters in a strainer.
Emptied the contents into the strainer.
Added 3 scoop fulls to the hot chocolate mix.

Thats the base of the "tea".. Its more like a hot chocolate, but anyways.. Personally I added a shot of milk and a pinch of sugar for flavor. No reason it has to taste like shit. Not that bad, little bit of a after taste tho.

I'll post in the future on any reports of a trip."

Ewww.......... Tea from cakes sounds disgusting. How about using substrate from a cowfield to make tea. GROSS BOY!
