Yeah, I can't go anywhere either. The roads are still just as bad as yesterday, and I called my boss today to find out the situation for tomorrow (we have inventory scheduled at 5:00 am) and he snapped on me and basically implied that I was stupid for thinking the roads were still going to be bad tomorrow.

Fuck this job.

depends on the cave, a place like walkers up in the far NW corner of the
state near cloudland canyon wouldnt be bad, although it's cramped near the
back there's little chance of getting lost and the temperature is a little
more moderate given that it's a dry cave, a place like pettyjohns you best
not go past the greatroom (at the entrance) and you wont be happy with how
cold you'll get inside of an hour of sitting

Nice pics! That last one is especially beautiful. I love the way water looks next to snowy white hills and trees :grin:

And no, I work at a retail store, but my boss is definitely a douchebag of the worst kind. He just called me back and told me not to even come in tomorrow. Probably thinks I was just trying to get out of work, because heaven forbid someone actually be concerned about the conditions of the roads :rolleyes:

that river shot is the Chattahoochee. We live near the upper portion of it (before it runs into Lake Lanier and becomes disgusting). The 'hooch has a beautiful vibe to it. An old river with millions of stories flowing out of the Appalachian range. That ancient range. That Pangaean divide of old we now call home.

Wow, I've never seen the Chattahoochee look so..clean and beautiful before. I live below Atlanta and that river runs right through my county, and it is so nasty and muddy looking. It's sad that it has to be that way. :sad:

Me and my cousin went out for a walk today, got some cool pics:

We threw snowballs into the ice and broke through, and decided to make a smiley face

I drove this morning to the radio station, it was insane.

285 was a solid sheet of ice in most parts, and parts of 75 were shut down completely.  Easily the worst roads I've ever seen. 

School is cancelled again tomorrow.  The forecast doesn't call for temperatures above 30 degrees for the rest of the week.  We might be snowed in for a few more days. :crankey:

Citric - I think I know that bridge.  :tinfoil: Are you in cobb county?

Yeah that bridge is pretty sweet. Used to smoke all around that area when I worked at The Cooler in High School.

We would go down there after work cause its really not too far.
