afof started 3 cakes and wen they started to colonize on the bottom the mycelia came in with a light blue tint only in a small spot on the corner of the bottoms, one of them stopped growin (reasons unknown) so it got taken out and examined. there was no foul smell, the bluish tint wasnt spreadin thru the middle of the cake, (also the uncolonized substrate on the bottom was very hard, aboot just as hard to cut thru as the colonized parts, could this be why it stoped growin?) and the blueish tint isnt speading on the ones still colonizin, now one of them is pinnin, now from what got read aboot contaminants it doesnt seem to be one, but im a noob so i wanna be sure, will post pics of it as soon as i can
