You got good Mac n cheese or Broccoli, cauliflower and cheese soup recipe?
    #13377051 -

I posted in the culinary section already, but since this place has so much foot traffic i'll post here as well.

I'm looking for a nice baked REAL mac n cheese casserole sorta recipe.

I am also searching out a recipe for broccoli, cauliflower and "Wisconsin" cheese soup.  I made this once before but it felt to me all i was eating was cheese soup.  It was not pleasant.

If you have any suggestions.  Thanks

I make this soup all the time. It's delicious.

I don't feel like digging up my M&C recipe but it's pretty easy.

cook macaroni
add ham

melt butter with some chopped onion, salt, and pepper
add flour till it's soft and foamy
add milk
add cheese

pour cheese sauce over macaroni
sprinkle with bread crumbs

bake
