Re: Good dubstep needed [Re: Cepheus]

Whats all this wobble business  :facepalm:
we Need good {dub}dubstep..
without the squelchy, gross sounding bass..
i know it takes alot to create those sounds... but sadly alot of those guys have wasted big time.

i reckon the best tunes so far this thread:

Babylon System & Noah D - Examination of Time

Whoab:  {wish i knew what it was called or who made it..}
1.50 minutes    -    4.00  minutes

Goth trad - Babylon Fire  {<track starts a bit after 1.00m into the mix}

thanks for contributing everyone..

Alright...Thought i would get back in here and post some tunes that are more on the chill, softer, and beautiful side of Dubstep...

Numbernin6 - She  <--Love this song, gives me such a warm feeling insdide

16 bit- adsl <--Such a fantastic chill song

Ripple- Sunday morning Dub <--Get to see this guy spin all the time, light a spliff and kick back

Eskmo - Harmony <---Saw him spin last month, totally :awesome:

Eskmo - The Rythmm ...More awesomeness from Eskmo

The Widdler - Stand By you <--Just saw The Widdler last week :awesome:

Mt. Eden- Sierra Leone

That's it for now...Next time i will post some tunes more on the reggae and "Dub" side of dubstep....That's one thing i love, with this relatively new and emerging genre, there us such a broad spectrum of sound and influences & there is plenty of room to be original.

And remember to listen to these songs on a proper sound system before you judge...There are so many frequencies that you're missing if you're not. Dubstep it meant to make every cell in your body vibrate to the same frequency, the bass should be hitting you in the back of your chest. And for the ladies out there, you might even come from the vibrations <---Haha, no shit this has been known to happen.

I don't get it even the stuff in here that supposedly doesn't have the wobbles does, just slower.

I like Burial and Flying Lotus. To me that's chill dubstep.

(not replying to anyone in particular)

These threads are driving me nuts...
Actually there was one dubstep song that I really liked and all I can remember was the poster said something along the lines of 'I'll post the one I post in everyone of these threads' one of his/her favorites I guess.
I just can't seem to find it again.

Oh well, this really is not my style of music but I have found a few that I could see myself playing some games to or something else. I just wish I had real speakers at my computer.

I guess I prefer the darker sounding ones.

Numbernin6 - She is pretty cool. Oh well to the living room to here it in its glory.
