Lawyers should never ask a witness a question if they aren't prepared for the answer. In a trial, a Southern small town prosecuting attorney called his first witness, a grand-motherly, elderly woman to the stand. He approached her and asked, "Mrs. Jones, do you know me?" The judge asked both counselors to approach the bench, and in a very quiet voice, said, "If either of you bastards asks her if she knows me,I'll throw your sorry asses in jail for contempt.

and it should make you laugh

i blame my brain fuck-ups on:
radioactive dye used for the thyroid test my mom had done
sedatives used to put her under for foot surgery
the fact she didn't know she was pregnant with me for a few months
and the fact that i know once upon a time she smoked pot, ciggs and drank..
.. which probably meant durin MY first few months as well


the radiation rocks though.
i'm still waitin for my x-men powers to come through, then i'm gonna break some stuff
