Why do not you put Rockets on the list? As the big YAo is back  and having a not bad work, they will have a good season.

Yao may be back, but can he stay healthy?  He's been gone 2 years so reincorporating him back into the system may take time.  The last 2-3 spots in the western conference are always a toss up.
