Bill Simmons was talking about the fact that the only thing that ruins calling this the best series ever is that it's in the first round.

I agree simply because these are just 2 evenly matched teams but not even close to being the best 2 teams. I think at this point Cleveland and Orlando are the best 2 in the East

One of the best I've ever seen, and I spent nearly 20 years glued to the NBA.

Shit's crazy.  I can't believe Rose got that final block...shoulda gave the ball to Ray Allen instead

Pierce must've been just totally gassed.  That's the only way I can see him fouling Jo.  What an insane game.

I could see game 7 being a 30-point Boston blowout or another close game.  Just no way to tell.

Actually, Simmons has changed his mind and is of the opinion that this IS the best playoff series ever.

I agree, part of me thinks Ray and Paul will just come out and win big, 12 or more points BUT with how good Chicago is playing and how streaky Ray and Paul have been. It will be fun to watch

Cavs would play the Bulls if Bulls win right?

how do you figure?

I thought the #1 seed would play the lowest remaining seed. Which would be the Bulls at 7. or does it work bracket style like NCAA?

That's really kind of a silly question, isn't it?

Hockey.....but the intension still applies to ball.

Wow, what a series between the Celts and Bulls. Even without an OT the Bulls made it interesting by hanging around until the final 30 seconds.

I'm surprised to hear some people tout the Magic so highly. They're without Nelson, may be without Lee, and Stan Van isn't exactly a confidence builder. Plus the Magic are slow and old[er (than the bulls)]. The Celtics' D is better suited to handle a team like the Magic, compared to a young team like the Bulls that can create so many opportunities for themselves off the dribble.

Bring on the conference semis!....sorry Heat/Hawks, nobody cares about the outcome this afternoon. Game 7's are indeed exciting, but a series in which all games are won by 10+ is not.

Hmm.

I actually think the Bulls had a better chance against the Magic than the Celtics do.

W/out a Willis Reed impression from Garnett, I think you see Orlando head to the EC finals to get smoked.

Also, I am kind of excited to watch the Rockets vs. Lakers.

I hate the Lakers, and Mr. Bryant, with a passion and would love to seem them get knocked out.

The Rockets seem to be playing no-pressure-let's-have-fun ball the last month or so of the season.  Ron Artest can defend KB as well as anyone, Yao is big and loose inside, etc.

I think this could be closer than people think.
