I accidentally invented the omelet

So I was in the kitchen about to make a wrap consisting of, among other things, a sunnyside up egg, red pepper, corn, onion, etc

Then i thought, i bet i could save time and just put everything into the skillet at once and forget about the wrap

and then I was like oh yeah im a fuckin genius

and then i was like oh shit this is called an omelet

I guess the same is true for omelets. Those shits are good, it turns into an art form when you start adding stuff like bacon and onions... oh I could go for one right around now...

I'm gonna make a couple eggs & throw it on top of some heirloom variety quinoa with a side of organic broccoli.. & maybe a sweet potato !!!! mmmmmMMmmm nutritious & delicious :thumbup:

I went to a fancy omelet bar once in Mexico where they cook up all that stuff in front of you, but it ended up not getting cook enough and I got the shits. Ima blame the op since he posthumously invented that shit....that's right, posthumously, your dead!
